Basketball Recap: Seward Park Comes Up Short

Seward Park lost against Curtis back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Seward Park Bears had to suffer through a 57-24 loss at the hands of the Curtis Warriors. The match marked the Bears' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Seward Park and nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Curtis, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Seward Park has already played their next contest, a 63-36 loss against Port Richmond on the 13th. As for Curtis, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 75-24 victory against Beacon on the 13th.
