Volleyball Recap: Mt. Hope Continues Road Dominance on Saturday

Mt. Hope had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against Block Island by a score of 3-1.

Mt. Hope was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12, 17-25, 25-20.

Mt. Hope's win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2. As for Block Island, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mt. Hope will take on rival Mt. Pleasant at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Block Island is set to square off against their familiar foe Exeter-West Greenwich at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
