Soccer Game Preview: Bayside vs. Kempsville

The Bayside Marlins will challenge the Kempsville Chiefs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Bayside's offense. They came up short against Cox last Thursday, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Bayside have lost by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, Kempsville entered their tilt with Princess Anne last Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Cavaliers get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Kempsville might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by four goals or more this season.

Bayside has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Kempsville, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1-1.
