Basketball Recap: Lincoln Lutheran Now 12-1 over Last 13 Games

Lincoln Lutheran won the last time they faced Syracuse, and Jacob Duitsman did his part to make sure it happened again. The Lincoln Lutheran Warriors took down the Syracuse Rockets 54-35 on Thursday thanks in part to Duitsman, who shot 54% from the field on his way to 19 points in addition to six rebounds and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Braxton Glines, who posted six points and nine boards. Those nine rebounds gave him a new career-high.

Lincoln Lutheran has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. With the defeat, Syracuse broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-10.
