Soccer Recap: Crystal Lake South Takes a Loss

Crystal Lake South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Cary-Grove Trojans. The game was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Crystal Lake South it sure didn't stay that way.

Crystal Lake South's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Cary-Grove, they now have a winning record of 6-5-2.

Coming up, Crystal Lake South will square off against Marian Central Catholic at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Marian Central Catholic will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Crystal Lake South surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cary-Grove, they will take on Richmond-Burton at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
