Volleyball Recap: Nuiqsut Trapper Comes Up Short

Nuiqsut Trapper was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Harold Kaveolook Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Friday.

While Nuiqsut Trapper had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23, 14-25, 25-23.

Nuiqsut Trapper's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Harold Kaveolook, their record is now 2-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Nuiqsut Trapper beat the Rams by a score of 3-0 on Saturday.
