Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Pamlico County). They never let the Lejeune Devil Pups get on the board and left with  a   20-0  win  on Tuesday. The  victory was familiar territory for the Hurricanes, who have now won three  contests in a row.
 Kylee Morris was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She  struck out eight batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent  recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double.
 In other batting news,  Peyton Robinson was  incredible,  going a perfect 4-for-4 with one  home run, four  runs,  and five  RBI.  Payton Force was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and one  triple.
Pamlico County's record now sits at 5-3. As for Lejeune, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1.
 Pamlico County has already played their next matchup,  a  4-1  win against Ayden - Grifton on the 19th. As for Lejeune, they will head out to  square off against Pamlico County  at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday.
