Walters had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.2 points) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Saturday. They managed a 43-38 win over the Chattanooga Warriors. For the Blue Devils, this counts as revenge for the 25-13 victory the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Walters pushed their record up to 15-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.2 points per game. As for Chattanooga, their loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Walters will challenge Empire at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Empire will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Walters surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chattanooga, they will head out to challenge Granite at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chattanooga's defense has only allowed 25.1 points per game this season, so Granite's offense will have their work cut out for them.
