Chamberlain barely beat Riverview the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Storm were the clear victors by a 13-5 margin over the Sharks on Thursday. The Storm's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Trey Sharpe was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one stolen base. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaden Hyde, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3.

Sharpe wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Chamberlain lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Chamberlain's win ended a nine-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-20. As for Riverview, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-14.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Chamberlain will square off against Robinson at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Riverview, they will challenge Horizon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
