Softball Recap: South Dearborn Comes Up Short

South Dearborn and Franklin County squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but South Dearborn had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 16-1. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Knights couldn't push the score so high this time.

South Dearborn has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Franklin County, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

As of now, neither South Dearborn nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
