Volleyball Recap: Chicago Marshall Starts Season with Win Against Orr

Chicago Marshall had to kick off their season on the road on Wednesday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Orr Spartans. The Commandos were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Spartans, so the Commandos were just returning the favor.

Chicago Marshall easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-13.

Looking ahead, Chicago Marshall will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Perspectives-IIT/Joslin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Orr, they will host Golder at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
