Softball Recap: Harker Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hill last Thursday, Harker came back down to earth. The Eagles came up short against the Cupertino Pioneers on Wednesday, falling 18-5. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 11-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2019.

Harker's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Cupertino, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

Harker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cupertino, they will challenge Fremont at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
