Volleyball Recap: Sky View Has No Trouble Against Mountain Crest

Sky View's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Mountain Crest Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-20, 25-14.

Carson McUne paced Sky View's offense, picking up ten kills. McUne got some help from Hayden Davis and his 22 assists. Davis also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Krew Stevens, racking up two apiece.

Sky View now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Mountain Crest, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coincidentally, Sky View and Mountain Crest will both be playing Ridgeline the next time they take the court. Sky View will head out to face Ridgeline at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Mountain Crest will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
