Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rejoice Christian). They blew past the Aspire HomeSchool Trailblazers 19-8 on Tuesday. Considering the Eagles have won eight matchups by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Callen Duncan made a splash while hitting and pitching. He struck out ten batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). Those ten strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.
