Soccer Recap: Basalt Takes a Loss + How To Watch

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Basalt was not quite Roaring Fork's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams. Basalt were not able to make up for their defeat to Roaring Fork from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Basalt's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Roaring Fork, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Basalt will host Grand Junction Central at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Roaring Fork, they will look to defend their home pitch on the 11th against Rifle at 6:00 p.m.
