Basketball Recap: Butler Comes Up Short

Butler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 53-22 defeat at the hands of the Glen Rock Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 220th, while the Panthers are ranked 33rd).

Butler now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Glen Rock, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Butler has already played their next matchup (against Emerson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Glen Rock has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Park Ridge.
