Football Recap: Beachside Has No Trouble Against Milton

Beachside had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took down the Milton Panthers 23-7 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Barracudas.

Eddie Jordan produced another solid effort throwing for 172 yards and one TD, while also rushing for 38 yards.

Beachside didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Milton to a completion percentage of just 50%. The Barracudas weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 70%.

Beachside's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Milton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-4.

Looking ahead, Beachside will face off against Ponte Vedra at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Milton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
