Soccer Recap: Hamilton's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hamilton). They were the clear victor by a 5-0 margin over the Dobson Mustangs on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Huskies sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

They hit Dobson with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Angel Ortega (2), Tyson Morse (2), and DeJon Watson.

Hamilton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Dobson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-4-1.

Hamilton and Sunnyside will round out the year against one another at at 9:00 a.m. on Monday. As for Dobson, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Perry at 7:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
