Volleyball Recap: West Central Takes a Loss

West Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jesup J-Hawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blue Devils of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

West Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Jesup, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-3.

West Central has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against North Linn on the 13th. As for Jesup, they will square off against Wapsie Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
