Sparta is 3-0 against Conway since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Sparta Trojans will head out to challenge the Conway Bears at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Sparta is headed into Tuesday's contest hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight defeats. 2025 welcomed they with a 58-36 loss courtesy of Mountain Grove on Friday. The matchup was a close 23-20 at the break, but unfortunately for the Trojans it sure didn't stay that way.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 90-58, which was the final score in Conway's tilt against Mansfield on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Lions: they've now lost seven in a row.

Conway's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Sparta, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.

Everything came up roses for Sparta against Conway when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the squad secured an 88-51 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sparta since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
