Basketball Game Preview: Coleman Bluecats vs. Miles Bulldogs

Coleman and Miles are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2021, but not for long. The Coleman Bluecats will host the Miles Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Coleman will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Coleman will head into Tuesday's contest hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 27) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 50-48 win over Ballinger.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Miles' good fortune finally ran out on Friday. The game between them and Roscoe didn't end well, with Miles falling 64-50.

Coleman's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-13. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points per game. As for Miles, their loss ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 16-6.
