Cole Valley Christian won against Fruitland on Monday with 15 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Chargers put the hurt on the Grizzlies with a sharp 15-2 win. The Chargers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 games by six runs or more this season.
Karlie Barnum and Addy Herrera made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Barnum tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Meanwhile, Herrera tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. At bat, Barnum went 2-for-4 with one run and one double, while Herrera went 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits Herrera has posted since April 1st.
In other batting news, Cole Valley Christian got a massive performance out of Lola Crosby, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
