Softball Game Preview: Saul Razorbacks vs. Kensington Tigers

Saul hasn't had much luck against Kensington recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Razorbacks will be playing at home against the Tigers at 3:15 p.m. Saul has given up an average of 11.1 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Saul came up short against Simon Gratz on Friday, falling 18-3.

Kensington came out on top against Maritime Academy Charter on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run first inning. The Tigers skirted past the Seadogs 11-10. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Kensington let Nyah Tossie and Jaelah Velazquez run wild. Tossie went 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs, while Velazquez went 2-for-3 with two runs and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Annie Ortiz, who went 2-for-4 with one home run.

Kensington now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Saul, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
