Basketball Game Preview: Wickliffe Blue Devils vs. Orange Lions

The Wickliffe Blue Devils and the Orange Lions, after both having extra time off, will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Orange took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Wickliffe, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Wickliffe turned things around against Shaw last Monday. They took down the Cardinals 52-33.

Meanwhile, Orange was not able to break out of their rough patch last Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 46-27 to Kirtland.

Wickliffe now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Orange, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Wickliffe beat Orange 52-40 in their previous matchup back in January of 2025. Will the Blue Devils repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
