While Shepherd put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Tarkington. The Pirates took their contest with ease, bagging a 48-0 win over the Longhorns. That looming 48-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Pirates yet this season.

Jacorey Davis continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 105 yards and two TDs on only 11 carries. Kellyn Husband was another key back, rushing for 96 yards and one score on only six carries.

The victory keeps Shepherd at an undefeated 6-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 41.0 points this season. As for Tarkington, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
