Avalon entered their tilt with King's Christian Academy on Friday with seven consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with eight. They enjoyed a cozy 82-68 win over the King's Christian Academy Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 81-68 back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Avalon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Luke Arulefela, who went 6-for-10 en route to 16 points and three steals. Jordan Fox was another key player, going 7-for-8 on his way to 16 points.

Avalon's victory bumped their record up to 14-9. As for King's Christian Academy, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-19.

Coincidentally, Avalon and King's Christian Academy will both be playing Calverton the next time they take the court. King's Christian Academy will host Calverton at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Avalon will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
