Basketball Recap: Lower Brule Comes Up Short

Lower Brule lost against White River back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lower Brule Sioux took a blow against the White River Tigers, falling 69-39. The Sioux have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lower Brule's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for White River, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6.

Coming up, Lower Brule will head out to square off against Cheyenne-Eagle Butte at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for White River, they will be playing at home against Jones County on Tuesday.
