Even though they lost, Northridge was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 492 total yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Glenwood Springs only gained 311.
Meanwhile, Greeley West can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Saturday. They put the hurt on Gateway with a sharp 34-8 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Spartans considering their six-point performance the match before.
Northridge's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Greeley West, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.
