St. Johns is 7-1 against Charlotte since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The St. Johns Redwings will take on the Charlotte Orioles in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. St. Johns is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.

Last Friday, St. Johns was able to grind out a solid victory over Williamston, taking the game 60-50.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 30-30 at halftime, Charlotte was not quite Lansing Catholic's equal in the second half on Friday. They lost to the Cougars on the road by a 73-56 margin. While the Orioles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cougars 17-13 in the first quarter.

St. Johns' win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Charlotte, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

St. Johns strolled past Charlotte when the teams last played back in March of 2021 by a score of 55-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for St. Johns since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
