Volleyball Recap: Winnetonka Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Winnetonka entered their tilt with Hogan Prep Charter on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Rams by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Griffins also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2023.

Their offense was headlined by Diamond Cooper and Layla Maxwell, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Shayla Nguyen and her 13 assists. MacKenzie Turner controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Winnetonka's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Winnetonka didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 1-1 tie against Sumner Academy on the 13th. Hogan Prep Charter has also already played their next contest (against Barstow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
