Soccer Recap: Bernstein Plays to a Tie

On Thursday, neither the Bernstein Dragons nor the Roybal Titans could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Bernstein was without their leading scorer, Brandon Guerra, in Thursday's contest. With Guerra sitting this one out, Angel Colindres got some extra time on the pitch (80 vs. his season average of 52.5).

With that draw, Bernstein's record moves to 9-4-3. Meanwhile, Roybal's record is now 4-3-1.

Bernstein will venture away from home to square off against Robert F. Kennedy Community at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Roybal, they will host Belmont at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Belmont is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
