Soccer Game Preview: Brandon vs. Middleton

Brandon and Middleton are an even 3-3-1 against one another since November of 2014, but likely not for long. The Brandon Eagles will face off against the Middleton Tigers at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, Brandon turned things around against Jefferson on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Dragons 2-1.

Meanwhile, Middleton kept a clean sheet against East Bay on Friday. They put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 4-0 win.

Middleton hit East Bay with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Wender Amesfort (2), Ustym Kuzmov, and Niranjan Neelakanta Pillai.

Brandon's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-8-2. As for Middleton, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8-1.
