Basketball Game Preview: Vandalia Vandals vs. Pana Panthers

The Vandalia Vandals will venture away from home to square off against the Pana Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Vandalia strolled past Hillsboro with points to spare, taking the game 76-62.

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Panthers on Tuesday. Pana enjoyed a cozy 53-35 win over North Mac. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Pana.

Vandalia's record now sits at 13-17. As for Pana, their record now sits at 10-20.

Everything went Vandalia's way against Pana in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as Vandalia made off with a 65-44 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Vandalia since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
