McGregor's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Whitney Wildcats. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

While McGregor won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-23.

McGregor's victory bumped their record up to 9-15. As for Whitney, they dropped their record down to 7-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
