Softball Preview: Mountain View Bears vs. Mill Creek Hawks

Mountain View has been on the road for three straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will host the Mill Creek Hawks at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2021, but likely not for long.

Mountain View will head into Thursday's contest ready to turn things around: they lost a close one when they played on Tuesday but unfortunately for them the defeat they were handed on Thursday was a bit more commanding. They lost 11-3 to Buford. The loss continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Wolves: they've now lost eight in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mill Creek). They blew past North Gwinnett 19-11 on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won ten matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.
