Soccer Recap: Le Grand Takes a Loss

Le Grand was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-2 to the Denair Coyotes. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in January.

Angel Ceja and Jorge Diaz scored both of Le Grand's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Le Grand's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10-1. As for Denair, they now have a winning record of 7-6-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Mariposa County the next time they take the pitch. Denair will head out to face Mariposa County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Le Grand will host them at 5:00 p.m. on February 7th.
