Volleyball Game Preview: Barrington Fillies/Broncos vs. Rolling Meadows Mustangs

The Barrington Fillies/Broncos will challenge the Rolling Meadows Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Monday, Barrington didn't have quite enough to beat New Trier and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Barrington sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 21-25, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Rolling Meadows was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hersey.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17.

Barrington's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Rolling Meadows, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.

Barrington skirted past Rolling Meadows 2-1 when the teams last played on September 9th. Will the Fillies/Broncos repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
