Football Recap: East Hamilton Find Success

The East Hamilton Hurricanes earned a 35-28 victory over the Meigs County Tigers on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hurricanes.

Jaden Haywood had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 125 yards and three scores on only 14 carries. Another player making a difference was Wyatt Miller, who rushed for 65 yards and one TD on only nine carries.

East Hamilton has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Meigs County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Hamilton will challenge Chattanooga Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Meigs County, they will face off against York Institute at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
