Baseball Recap: Priceville Comes Up Short

Priceville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-2 to the Russellville Golden Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Golden Tigers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 7-2 loss on Thursday.

Priceville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brody Collins, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Priceville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Russellville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Priceville will take on Sale Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Russellville, they will challenge Hartselle at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
