Volleyball Recap: Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Extends Winning Streak to Three

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Carolina Day Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Rabun Gap-Nacoochee took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14, 25-15.

Among those leading the charge was Emberlyn Casebolt, who had eight digs and four aces.

Casebolt wasn't the only good server: Rabun Gap-Nacoochee was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 11 consecutive games.
