Volleyball Recap: Union City Comes Up Short

Union City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Warren Dragons. The Bears were not able to make up for their loss to the Dragons from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Union City's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Warren, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-2-3 record this season.

Union City will welcome Girard at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warren, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Conneaut Area on the 11th.
