Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Fairfield Falcons as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Cadets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-12, 25-14.

Sydney Blackwell paced Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran's offense, picking up 16 kills. Blackwell got some help from Keira Dommer and her 37 assists. Shelby Petersen controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Fairfield, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-8 record.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Portage on the 20th. As for Fairfield, they will face off against Northridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
