Softball Recap: Collinsville Takes a Loss

Collinsville lost against North Jackson back in March of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Chiefs by a score of 9-8. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Collinsville's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14-1. As for North Jackson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-17.

Coming up, Collinsville will be playing in front of their home fans against Valley Head at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Jackson, they will venture away from home to challenge Pisgah at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
