Football Recap: Front Range Christian Falcons vs. Elbert Bulldogs
Front Range Christian fell victim to Elbert and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 56-0 loss at the hands of the Elbert Bulldogs. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2021.
Luke Jerome rushed for 61 yards.
Tallon Fohr was his top target, picking up 33 receiving yards.
This is the second loss in a row for Front Range Christian and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Elbert, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Front Range Christian will challenge Haxtun at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Front Range Christian focused on turnovers this week as team gave up five on Friday. As for Elbert, they will have plenty of time to enjoy the victory as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on St. Mary's at 7:00 p.m. on October 4th.
