Willapa Valley waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. They blew past the Naselle Comets 72-51. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Willapa Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Blane King, who went 8 for 17 en route to 23 points. That's the most points King has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Brody Aust, who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds.

Willapa Valley pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Naselle, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-8.
