Cole Roth put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in February on Friday. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. That's the first time he hasn't allowed a single hit since March 5th.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Washington Union Panthers duke it out with Kerman Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers had to take a loss when they last met the Lions, but Roth had little to do with the loss: he scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
