Basketball Recap: Pleasanton Comes Up Short

Pleasanton lost to Boerne back in March of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost to the Greyhounds on the road by a 59-42 margin. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pleasanton's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Boerne, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Pleasanton will take on Pearsall at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Boerne, they will be taking part in a tournament against Ray at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Greyhounds will be up against the Texans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.9 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
