Valle Catholic can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Arcadia Valley Tigers with a sharp 24-14 win. The Warriors' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Valle Catholic's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-5. As for Arcadia Valley, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Valle Catholic and Arcadia Valley will both be playing Bismarck the next time they take the field. The Warriors will host the Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
