Volleyball Recap: Clark Comes Up Short

Clark was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Lake Travis Cavaliers. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Cavaliers when the teams met back in November of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Clark's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Lake Travis, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Clark wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against O'Connor on the 23rd. As for Lake Travis, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Antonian Prep on the 23rd.
