Baseball Recap: Northshore Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Northshore took on Belle Chasse on Monday. The Northshore Panthers fell 4-1 to the Belle Chasse Cardinals. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2018.

Northshore saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Cantrelle, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Northshore now has a losing record at 0-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northshore will challenge Archbishop Hannan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Belle Chasse, they will welcome John Ehret at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
